I've processed several dozen emails from developers over the last few days about problems logging into the new website. I appreciate the mail, and I'm forwarding them on to our website staff.
There have been a few trends with these problems that I wanted to point out. For some developer accounts, the system says there is no account for that email address, but when you register, the account still isn't valid and doesn't allow you to login. When this happens, it means that your account is still in our system but it's in an invalid state. We've been fixing some of these manually, but we need to determine why these got flagged incorrectly to do a comprehensive fix.
The other problem that's shown up has been issues with the creator ID registration. People are reporting that their account survived the transfer, but some or all of their creator IDs aren't associated with them. We need to review how this data was transferred, and I'm hoping to run some reports from our old database that we can send out to people listing the IDs they had registered along with the original descriptions so that it's easier to setup application database entries.
