The Win32 simulators for Palm OS Cobalt 6.1 are now online, available to members of the Palm OS Developer Program. You can download the files from here. Because of the wide range of targets, we split the simulator up into several versions. The base debug and release version are the first ZIP files listed, then there are separate files that add an auto-backup version of the simulator and that add localized ROM files for Chinese and Japanese.
We did a lot of fixes in this simulator, and I think it's our best version yet. If you're doing 68K development, you should start testing your applications using this so you won't be caught with problems with devices running Palm OS Cobalt 6.1 start appearing. Be sure to read the README file that we've posted; it has important usage instructions for the simulator, including a fairly comprehensive list of keystrokes that map to hardware keys.
