If you're using a Palm OS smartphone to check your email accounts, here's a useful tip. If you have the ability to setup multiple email POP mailboxes, setup a separate account just for your phone. Then, when you need to save documents or send yourself reminders, you can send an email to that address with the information. You won't clutter your main mailbox or worry that you'll pull it down off your mail server and it won't ever hit your device, and you can forward useful items from your main email to it easily. If you're careful in selecting a long, hard-to-guess account name for our account, you also can keep it off the spam lists.
